Refurbishment
With 3 successfully completed refurbishments , the effectiveness of the repairs completed before new surface finishes were applied are testament to the skill and knowledge of our team.

An initial conditions survey of the facility is made by a member of our management team. Although works can be completed with the facility remaining operational (closing a wing at a time), work is easier and is completed with less disruption, if the facility plans a shutdown. In either case, a Programme is provided which clearly shows the duration for the work.
 
Some Custody Suites have underfloor heating and where defects have occurred, we carefully removal of defect screed around heating pipework (if necessary completely removing and reinstating the screed as part of our scope).
 
Regardless of the condition of a Custody Suite, we can reconstruct floor and wall surfaces with extremely durable, hygienic and attractive finishes which will withstand attempts of deliberate damage and provide lasting answers to ageing facilities.
