How we store your personal information

We collect and hold your personal contact information for a period of 6 years, together with a record of any business transaction we have had with you. After this period, paper files are shredded.

Your information is stored securely, in paper format (in files relating to the project(s) your were involved with. These files are stored securely in Filing cabinets in our main office.

Your information will also be electronically stored on our Microsoft Remote Cloud Server and on our Microsoft Outlook Email Account & on BIF Management Mobile Phone contact lists. Our Server and Network is protected by a Firewall and structure, hardware, software & security of our computer system are monitored and maintained by a computer management company.



Visiting our website uses cookies to help our company understand which pages are viewed and the duration of visitors using our site. No personal data is logged, unless visitors complete online contact forms on the website.
