Custodial Projects - Over recent years BIF have completed 5 major Police HQ Custody Suites, achieving very high quality installations which have been commended by the main contractor, the Client & the Home Office.
Secure Healthcare Projects - BIF regularly work with 4 high security mental healthcare hospital sites, where we've completed over 100 Bedroom & Ensuites and over 40 Seclusion Suites. our projects include new build projects and refurbishment works.
Our resin systems are seamless, attractive and extremely durable, improving the aesthetics but preventing self harm, injury or deliberate damage occurring.

Why we're different
We minimise risks normally associated with using self employed labour by directly employing our installation teams. Our Management Team will guide you through specification, agree a programme and oversee the work closely.
After years of working in this sector, we have developed unique installation techniques which improve durability, reduce damage and improve performance of the systems we've developed.
Our directly employed team have worked in live wing environments where particular care is needed to minimise disruption & to work effectively.
From multi-phase refurbishments to simple, routine maintenance repairs, we support the operational needs of our customer, whilst we improve facilities in what are often Live Wing environments, but our directly employed installation teams take every care to minimise disruption on the site.
We also provide a written assurance that our installation will provide durability in use.

Often forming part of any refurbishment project, BIF have a high level of experience in efficiently repairing aged or damaged surfaces, applying new finishes over existing surfaces or constructing new areas to meet the future needs of the area.
BIF provide a 2 year warranty on repair works and up to 6 years warranty on complete room installations.

BIF install resin floor screeds and dress the resin to walls (full height) to provide a tough, non-pick surface in showers.

The choice of suitable floor finishes has grown in recent years and BIF can advise on a range of floor coatings or resin screeds. For example, BIF-EP-Quartz proves an exceptionally tough floor and wall finish for secure areas.
Seamless and safe underfoot, it's fibre reinforced structure reduces risk of cracking due to minor structural movement and has been used in many secure sites with great success.
