BIF-P-Comfort Flec is a multi-coloured version of either the Comfort or Comfort+ system.Colour chips are cast into the wet surface, flatted off before the surface is then sealed with a satin clear resin seal.
These systems are generally installed at between 2-6mm thickness and have been popular in schools, offices hospitals and libraries in Europe for over 20 years.
A flexible self flowing screed is great in large public circulation areas where they are extremely easy to clean and can easily be refinished during refurbishment by simply adding a new coated surface, retaining the base layer for superb sustainability on a project.
BIF-P-Comfort+ is a thicker, more cushioned variant of the standard finish, with a soft liquid resin underlayment adding to underfoot flexibility when walked on. Installed at 5mm nominal thickness, this system provides a smooth, silky, satin surface, ideal for Retail and commercial surfaces where a minimilist, but luxurious finish is wanted.
Not all resin finishes are hard to the touch. We have flexible resin options too. Sometimes termed as Liquid Vinyl, or Comfort resins, these systems feel soft underfoot and can help reduce footfall noise.
They are very quick to install too, making them particularly economical over larger areas, where similar trowel applied systems require far more input of labour and time to complete.
Being flexible, this surface is also ideal for use on Timber floors where an amount of deflection is anticipated.
